Our Classes

Beginner’s/Gentle Yoga

This class is directed to people new to yoga and who have varying exercise levels. Extra time will be taken to focus on proper body mechanics and form. The pace will also reflect beginner level. This is the perfect class for those who have debated whether yoga is for them. Cues and transitions are clearly stated. Props available for support. Vinyasa and Hatha styles.

All Levels Yoga

This class can be attended by beginners but is more directed to those who have some yoga experience. The pace is faster and moves are a bit more complicated. Cues and transitions are clearly stated. We will always offer more support to attendees who are newer. Props available for support. Vinyasa and Hatha styles.

Power Yoga (Advanced)

Power Yoga is higher intensity with more challenging poses. This is a class for regular yoga attendees. We focus on getting the power flowing through us! This is a fun and upbeat class. Cues and transitions are present but less frequent. Props available for support. Vinyasa and Hatha styles.

Vin & Yin Yoga

Vin & Yin combines faster Vinyasa flow with Yin holds which are longer in duration. Class emphasizes the presence and meditative benefit of yoga.. These classes are for all levels of yoga experience. Cues and transitions are clearly stated. Props available for support.

Veteran, Military and First Responder

We offer a unique experience for a veteran, military and first responder yoga. Hosted primarily by George Gogas who is a combat infantry veteran and a yoga instructor. This class is for those new to yoga and takes into consideration the distinctive lifestyle of veterans, military and first responders. Great class to help with stress and tension in the body. Other instructors will assist. Cues are frequent and clear. Props available for support. Vinyasa and Hatha styles.
